On July 17th, you went swimming for the first time. Being your first time, you are in a "parent taught" class. So the both of you, accompanied by mom and dad, hit the pool. You are the youngest in the class but you may also be the bravest. While other kids panicked, cried, and generally looked like sure doom lurked in the water, you both flourished. You loved to calmly lay on your back in the water.
Dad and Zoey soon became bored with the slow pace of the class and began their own lesson: Splashing! Zoey soon became a water-slapping-fool at the sound of dad saying, "Splashy, splashy!" Mom intervened, as this didn't help the serenity the rest of the class was hoping for.
Avery wasn't a huge fan of "Splashy, splashy" so dad introduced her to shooting out of the water and coming back down in a joyous splash!! Avery would laugh and try to jump herself out of the water.
In week two, many of the week one parents decided not to return.
