First Haircuts

"Business in the front; Party in the back!"  that is all I could think of when I looked at your hair.  It was bad.  Every time Zoey started wrestling around with me, her mom, or Avery the straight blonde hair flopped around like Hulk Hogan.  "Let me tell ya BROTHER!"

Avery's Mullet was of a whole different style.  The curls in back changed the whole feel.  Instead of the Running Leg Drops and the Atomic Drops of Hulk Hogan it was more Dave Coulier.  You know Dave Coulier, or Uncle Joey from Full House? "Cut-it-Out!"

So that is exactly what we tried to do, "Cut-it-Out".  I am not sure we got rid of the Mullets completely, maybe just moved them up to the dressier version, say Carol Brady.

We're Back

We're back.  We have been post-less since Halloween of last year.  If you would like to catch-up, start at Halloween and work your way forward.

Battle of the Laughs

Here are two videos of you each laughing:

July 4th

Our neighborhood threw a block party to celebrate the 4th. You both had a blast during the BBQ but ran out of gas and went to bed before the fireworks display.

Before bed, however, you played with Uncle Mike, Aunt Jessie, Addison, Luke, Sam, Tina, Simon, Talia and all the neighbors. Your dad grilled for the BBQ with his grilling apron he received for Father's Day.

Some highlights of the night were: Chasing Boggs down the street after the first firework went off and scaring the bajesus out of him. Watching cars attempt to come down our blocked street. A 30 minute bumper to bumper traffic jam in our neighborhood after the fireworks show. Jello-shots for adults and kids (kid safe ones of course). Con-man drinking about a dozen cups of lemonade. Meeting Mike & Jessie's new neighbors Scott, Kristine, and Kelton.
Let's do it again next year!
